Welcome!
I have great news for you.
My name is Stanley Alari and Iʼm a California License Suspension Attorney. I've been practicing law for 35 years. I specialize in stopping DMV suspensions in one or two days. That's right, one or two days. How do I do it?
I get the one offending point that puts you over the top of the DMV point count and set it aside and that ends the suspension!
For example, in California, if you get 4 points in one year, the DMV sends you a letter telling you that your license will be suspended and to get into their offices if you want a hearing. Most people will worry themselves into the ground and go to the hearing begging to keep that all important license! We need the license to work! To take the kids to school! A driver's license is one our most important assets!
But, see me and you can forget about going to the DMV hearing, you won't need to because I can stop that DMV suspension in one or two days. Period.
I'm able to do it because I really know the secret laws that make my work possible and that work will save your license.
All you need is to have DMV points that you just paid. Points that you accumulated by just paying the fine to a traffic clerk, by mail, at the window, over the internet, however you did it, all you did was pay it not fight it in a court trial and lost. I cannot set aside a trial result. But I certainly set aside a ticket you just paid and got the point assessed against your license.
The DMV will send you a letter if you get two points in one year. If you pick up another point in that same 12 month period, now the DMV sends you a more serious warning letter, this time telling you that if you pick up one more in the 12 month period, they will act to suspend your license or put you on probation.
If the DMV puts you on probation and you pick up another traffic ticket during probation, they will suspend your license for a year!
Another point to remember. If you get two tickets or two points in one year your insurance company is going to raise your rates. And don't even think about changing insurance companies if you have two DMV points because you won't be able to get any insurance from any company with your record of two points.
Then there are the employers who can put the squeeze on you or fire you if you have too many points and they are tougher than the DMV about it!!
This is the good news. If you are in a position where points are causing you alarm or trouble, come to see me or contact me here . I can help, in fact I know I can help.
I recently had a case up in northern California where I was in court to set aside a point and save my clients job and license. The judge did not like what I was doing. He really didn't and here's why. The judge knew that my client had voluntarily paid that ticket and got that point, now the client was back and now wanted to fight the ticket!!
The judge thought that was not the right thing to be doing and he disapproved of what I was doing to set that old point aside and fight the ticket.
The judge told me " I'm not inclined to grant your motion and let you now go to trial, but I haven't made up my mind. I want to research what your doing (and try to stop you!). I will set this case for trial in two months and during that time I will research this case.
If I find what I'm looking for I will deny your motion to set the point aside. However, if I cannot find a way to do it, I will let you go to trial on this case. I didn't hear from this brilliant judge, and he was believe me for about two months and then I got a letter from him telling me that I could have my trial!!
I was so happy for I knew that the law I relied on was so strong, it could not be denied!! I tell you this so you know, I know the way to save that license of yours and stop the suspension.
What I will do in your case is review the tickets and points you have. I will then select one of the tickets and go to work to set that ticket point aside. I prepare a secret motion I have and I travel to that court and file it with the clerk of the court and ask to see the judge that morning.
Most courts will say OK and I appear before the judge and hand him my special motion. The judge will read it, see its powerful wisdom and know he must set the point aside immediately, apply the fine you paid as trial bail and set the case for trial.
I then contact the DMV within 24 hours because that's how long it usually takes the court clerks to remove the point from the DMV computer. I have a telephone hearing with the DMV and I tell them, "take a look at my clients point count and you will see that he now has only three points and if you see that, you must terminate the suspension.
The DMV hearing officer will look at the computer screen and see that your point count is now too low to permit a suspension. The hearing officers always terminate the DMV suspension in that moment. I then ask if I can have a document for my client to show that the suspension is ended and the DMV has always said yes.
That's what I can do for you. Call my office and lets talk about what its going to take for me to take on the responsibility of ending your suspension.
I want to thank each of you for reading this wonderful hopeful message and I will be waiting to serve you well, very well. Contact me!
Sincerely,
Stanley Alari
